I suspected this was Shreiner...but it is unsigned and I wasn't certain until I saw it in one of my costume jewelry research books...exactly the same brooch, but paired with different earrings in the book. It is stunning...high domed brooch in grape purple and sunny yellow navette stones with alternating open back, unfoiled and prong set stones...a big round center stone on the brooch...the high dome and open back lets light and color filter through...earrings are of the same design.
